What to expect: Nourish PCOS focuses on sustainable nutrition behaviors that are realistic to follow. Since most people have trouble following keto diets and extremely strict plans for the long term, our meals will be more macro-balanced, protein and fiber dense, and carb-conscious (high quality carbs are included in small portions). After all, if it's too strict to follow, what's the point? Since dairy free and gluten free is not required to regulate PCOS, our plans do include some high quality dairy products and very occasional high fiber gluten products. If you prefer to avoid dairy and gluten, you can always substitute a similar item! Since everyone's food preferences vary, you may come across a recipe that does not sound good to you. That's OK, just skip it or modify it!
